Our Refund Policy

lips Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return items bought online for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. So if within 2 weeks you decide you don’t like your box, you can return it to us for a refund, no questions asked. To do this the items must still be in new and saleable condition, which means clothes still need to have their tags on, and any makeup or skincare needs to not be used.

If you’ve bought a subscription to Shop Box and changed your mind, you are free to cancel at any time. We do need 14 days notice in order to cancel your subscription, so just make sure you let us know at least 2 weeks before your next payment is due. If not, your next payment will be taken, and your subscription will be cancelled the following month.
lips What should I do if my item is damaged?
The quality of the items we send is very important to us – that’s why at Shop Box we check every single box carefully to make sure all of your items arrive to you in perfect condition. But we also know that accidents do happen, so if you do receive any damaged items in your box, we want to know! Just contact us by email with a picture of the damaged item, and we can arrange to send you a replacement ASAP.
lips Will you refund my postage costs to return an item?
Yes! We want you to love your Shop Box box, but sometimes things just don’t work out. If you want to return your whole box for a refund, then you can just use the pre-printed return label in the box to send it back to us. Once received, we aim to process returns within 7 working days. If you’re looking to return an item that is damaged, then get in touch with our team to arrange a replacement to be sent out. At the same time we will send you a pre-paid postage label by email, so all you need to do is pack your item, attach the label and drop it off at the nearest post office.
